Australian Energy Producers Fiscal Committee
The Fiscal Committee supports the Australian Energy Producers’ (AEP) Board to deliver the AEP Strategic Plan by providing advice and recommendations on tax, productivity, competitiveness and other fiscal-related matters. The Committee focuses primarily on ensuring a competitive and sustainable operating environment for industry through stable and supportive fiscal settings and helping provide the evidence base on the economic contribution of the gas industry, while aligning its work program to AEP’s strategic priorities and long-term objectives.
