Established Member Advisory Committees
Australian Energy Producers has established member advisory committees for specified areas of the Industry or of the Company’s undertakings, each of which is to be a forum through which the Members may raise and debate issues as Members and, subject to the following, each may refer matters of concern or consideration to the Board. The Member committees are to consist of representatives of Full Members, but be chaired by a Director. Each Member committee must comply with the regulations of the Company and directions of the Board.
